PinkPantheress and Sam Gellaitry have joined forces to churn out a summer-ready banger. ‘Picture In My Mind’ combines sugary sweet vocals and an electronic sensibility, washing over the listener in a wave of dancefloor bliss.
Gellaitry explains how the pair ended up working together, commenting: “after meeting PinkPantheress for the first time in London last year, we decided to schedule a trip for her to come to Scotland and write. I’m so happy with how this one turned out and it was an honour to witness how much of a visionary PinkPantheress really is. This track will be my summer anthem for now and for many, many years to come.”
Collaboration has truly allowed the full extent of PinkPantheress’ abilities to flourish over the last few months. WLLOW feature ‘Where You Are’ and PinkPantheress’ feature on Mura Masa’s ‘bbycakes’ both explored different sides of the artist’s palette. Following on from her critically acclaimed October debut EP ‘To Hell With It’, PinkPantheress’, there’s truly no saying what’s on the horizon for the young star.
