Pinch & Bass Clef To Re-Score ‘Robocop’

One off collaboration confirmed...

Pinch and Bass Clef are set to pair up to re-score 'Robocop'.

Bristol arts space The Cube sits at the centre of the city's creative scene, allowing room for plenty of collaboration, free thinking and other hi-jinks. Sadly, though, the lease arranged by organisers runs out at the end of the year.

Launching a campaign to buy the building outright, The Cube has arranged an unusual one off event. Hosted by Bristol's Old Vic venue on September 6th, the night features a range of newly composed film scores.

Goan Dogs will tackle 'Edward Scissorhands' while Francois (of Atlas Mountains fame) will re-work Claude Lelouch’s 'Un Homme Et Un Femme'.

However this collaboration between Pinch and Bass Clef caught our eye. The pair will unite to provide an entirely new score for 'Robocop' with the duo promising "electro-retro-futuristic music".

The Cube fundraiser takes place on September 6th.
