Saucy Canadian electro star Peaches is due to release her new album ‘I Feel Cream’ on May 4th.
With her outrageous lyrics, wild stage show and impeccable taste in producers Peaches has managed to bring a little sex and danger into the world of electro.
A former flatmate of fellow electro vixen Feist, Peaches burst onto the scene with her 2000 album ‘The Teaches Of Peaches’.
The Canadian singer has been silent for too long, with her last album ‘Impeach My Bush’ coming in 2006. A disappointing affair, Peaches appears to have got herself right back on track with help from a number of hip producers including Simian Mobile Disco, Soulwax and Scottish newcomer Drums Of Death.
Drums Of Death has added a new mixtape to Peaches Myspace page that contains a number of excerpts from their collaborations alongside some choice cuts from other artists.
The new album will be preceded by the double A-side single ‘Talk To Me’ / ‘More’ which is due to be released on April 27th.
