PAVÉ are marking their return with super-charged single ‘Animal’.
The track is a vigorous offering from the Manchester-based group, amped up with electric riffs, big drums and a roaring hook. Lodged at the crossroad between staying or breaking away from a doomed relationship, PAVÉ frontwoman Alanya-Jade lets her soaring vocals unleash an angsty, bold moment for the band.
Made up of Alanya, Kevin, Jordi, Jack and Ben, PAVÉ emerged just at the tipping point of the pandemic. However, the last few years have allowed the band to sharpen their craft, bouncing back to a sold-out, headline show at The Castle. Sonically, the band inject a fierce energy into alt-rock, opting for heavier, gritty textures and songwriting. Last spring’s concept-visual EP ‘Distraction’ is a self-defining introduction, presenting a versatile tracklist that weaves between stripped-back poignancy and crowd igniters.
‘Animal’ is shifting things up a gear, setting pace for PAVÉ as they venture into their career.
Alanya adds: “Animal is about loving someone you know is not treating you right but you can’t help but to keep going back time and time again because of the excitement that they bring you.”
Tune in now.
