Pauline Andrès Draws For Disco-Pop Nostalgia On Illuminating Single, ‘Different Now’

The Nashville multidisciplinary drops an introspective listen...

Pauline Andrès has shared her latest single, ‘Different Now’.

A feel-good offering from beginning to end, the track sees Andrès flow over a radiant, disco-pop production. Delivering a rich, twinkling vocal performance, the artist finds new perspective through her lyricism, tracing her journey and growth thus far.

At first acknowledged for her work as an Americana singer-songwriter, Andrès is shifting her focus towards the dancefloor. Developing her skills as an engineer and producer, the Nashville-based artist evokes a sense of 90s nostalgia through her sound, drawing influence from the electro-pop movment.

Arriving alongside visuals co-directed by Corey Simpson, ‘Different Now’ extends Pauline Andrès’ catalogue further, marking a pivotal period of creativity and experimentation.

Speaking on the track, the artist shares: “‘Different Now’ is a song about reconciliation and growth. It’s a love song to begin with but is about much more than romantic relationships. It’s about emerging on the other side. It’s about seeing things differently and healing.”

Tune in now.
