American musician Panda Bear has shared new song ‘Ferry Lady’.
The Lisbon-based artist returns to solo duties for incoming album ‘Sinister Grift’, which lands on February 28th via Domino Records.
Stepping out-with the Animal Collective confines, the record is unusual in that each member of AnCo actually appears on the LP – albeit on different songs.
Lead single ‘Defense’ found Panda Bear aligning with enigmatic talent Cindy Lee, with bubbly new single ‘Ferry Lady’ displaying his off piste sensibilities.
A pop song viewed from askew, highly psychedelic angles, the dubby effects have a pleasingly disruptive impact.
