Oscar Jerome Explores Identity On ‘Do You Really’

There's a slight tropical vibe to his latest jazz burner...

Oscar Jerome has shared new tropical-tinged jazz burner 'Do You Really'.

The South London artist is on the crest of a wave, selling out home city shows and playing a storming set at the Love Supreme festival.

With a string of headline shows due to follow in September, Oscar has shared divine new cut 'Do You Really', a soulful dissection of shifting identity.

Tropical-tinged songwriting with a jazz flavour, the delicious guitar line intersects perfectly with that urgent but oh-so-sweet vocal.

Oscar explains: "This tune is about struggling with unrealistic ideals of sex, gender roles and masculinity. The difference between intellectually knowing what is right and actually changing the way you feel deep down after being brainwashed from birth."

Tune in now.
