Osana AD is attempting to channel positivity.

The London based artist refuses to use profanity, opting to exclude anything vulgar from his creative world.

Instead, he wants to up-lift, to supply chinks of light in an otherwise dark sky.

New EP 'Bridal Shower' brings this together in one place, matching afrobeats elements to Stateside hip-hop influences.

There's a clear UK twist, however, and this is evident on new single 'Respect (Mummy's Boy)'.

Out now, it captures a little of that summer energy, brightening our days in the depths of midwinter.

He comments...

Am I a mummy's boy? Only my mum can answer that. I guess for a lot of us growing up with very 'busy' parents, we tend to say we'll be better than our dads. To show respect for our mum, ourselves and others.
