Oracle Sisters have shared new single ‘RBH’.
The Paris based band have international roots, alongside a sense of literary flair. New album ‘Hydranism’ lands on April 7th, and the title alludes to its creative setting – it was largely pieced together on the Greek island of Hydra, once home to an artistic commune.
New single ‘RBH’ is a breakneck slice of indie pop, with its slender, wiry guitar lines aligned to a softly urgent vocal. Building to that dainty chorus, there’s also a very subtle James Joyce reference on the lyric sheet.
Oracle Sisters comment…
“The song came together very quickly during a jam in a rehearsal. The lyrics were put together around the table in Lewis’ apartment. One of the verses was lifted almost word for word from Ulysses by James Joyce…”
Tune in now.
