OneDa’s ‘Let Me In’ Is A Message To The Gatekeepers

Tune in now...

OneDa tackles music industry gatekeepers on new single ‘Let Me In’.

The music world can be a difficult place to navigate – especially for a woman of colour who doesn’t want to sit in pre-arranged pigeonholes. Devoutly independent, OneDa has been knocking on the door of British music for a while now… and she’s tired.

Out now, new single ‘Let Me In’ is a place for her frustrations, sending a message to the music industry powers-that-be. Fresh from the success of ‘Set It Off’ and ‘Superwoman’, OneDa isn’t about to be stopped, with the crunching hip-hop beat offsetting her vocal.

“’Let Me In’ is a metaphor for being accepted into the industry as I am,” OneDa explains. “It speaks to my relentless, consistent efforts to break through until the door finally opens.”

Tune in now.
