On Man has shared his new song 'Squares And Triangles'.
The Hertfordshire based artist blends electronic textures with left-field pop elements, resulting in something quite striking.
Rousing new song 'Squares And Triangles' represents "a turning point" for the artist, with its jet black sonic template augmented by London-based rapper F-M-M-F.
Freshly signed to Houndstooth, 'Squares And Triangles' is something of a re-introduction for On Man, and leads into his next chapter.
Speaking about signing to Houndstooth, On Man said: “I’ve been a big fan of the label and their artists for a long time now, so teaming up with them is a dream. It's exciting to explore where things can go now I've got a bunch of brilliant people to work with.”
'Squares And Triangles' is out now, a dynamic, concise creative endeavour, with the perfectly weighted digitalism acting as a sonic chassis against a percussive engine that contains traces of underground hip-hop.
On Man says the new song "was a turning point for the project – the first track I finished where I felt like things were heading in the right direction. F-M-M-F’s fantastic vocals hooked me straight away. They read almost like a film, exploring the tension of a doomed relationship when incompatible edges collide, crack and crumble amongst the lies."
Tune in now.
