London riser Olivia Dean returns with new single 'Slowly'.
The singer's new EP 'Growth' lands on July 30th, previewed with two completely sold out shows at London's Jazz Cafe.
New song 'Slowly' continues her arc, and it follows hot on the heels of her single 'Be My Own Boyfriend'.
Online now, 'Slowly' is a gentle return, one that epitomises Olivia's nuanced melodic flair; "For when it’s hard to be soft…"
She says: "'Slowly' feels like one of the most vulnerable songs I’ve ever written. I used to think falling in love was supposed to be chaotic, fiery and tumultuous, but I’ve realised that really, to fall in love normally – and to have a healthy and ordinary relationship is a beautiful thing. It’s a song asking for patience when starting to fall in love."
Daring to open up, 'Slowly' finds Olivia Dean at her most fragile – tune in now.
