Okay Kaya Announces New Album ‘Oh My God – that’s so me’

Listen to new single 'Undulation Days'...

Norwegian-American artist Okay Kaya has detailed her fourth album, ‘Oh My God – that’s so me’, released independently on September 6th.

Following the funky escapade ‘The Groke‘, which came with an otherworldly visual directed by Julia Patey, Okay Kaya shares another vivid offering from her new album in the form meditative piano lament ‘Undulation Days’, poetically exploring her experiences with fertility.

‘On Oh My God – that’s so me’ comes two years after Okay Kaya’s 2022 collection ‘SAP. Composition was again masterminded by Kaya herself, partly in self-imposed isolation following a move to a new island home last year; this alone-time enabled her to “abstract concepts of multi-platform existence and the reality of navigating the make-believe in art.”

Okay Kaya will tour the new album across Europe this autumn, with a headline show planned at the Village Underground, London on November 8th, with further stops in Leeds and Bristol.
