Manchester musical legends Oasis have revealed their plans for next year, after announcing new tour dates on the pitch at Wembley Stadium this afternoon (October 16th).
The band hosted a quick photocall on the hollowed turf of Wembley Stadium, before confirming that the band will play two nights at the stadium – their first gigs their since 2000. The band will also play two special hometown dates at Manchester’s Heaton Park as well as what will no doubt be a stunning gig at Scotland’s Murrayfield stadium.
Support on all dates will come from Kasabian and The Enemy.
Noel Gallagher commented: “Looking at the bill, I think these are going to be the gigs of next year, if not the decade for a certain demographic.
“I’m just glad I can get tickets. These are the gigs that people remember, they meet future wives. I give thanks that we’re headlining it and not some heritage act on before a bunch of kids.”
