Noel Gallagher's High Flying Birds have released new song 'Holy Mountain' – tune in now.
The former Oasis songwriter is set to release new album 'Who Built The Moon?' on November 24th, the product of psychedelic psessions with David Holmes.
New track 'Holy Mountain' leads the way, and it's a horn-driven thumper, a slice of early ELO psych rock with a real bubblegum pop touch.
Paul Weller plays organ, while Noel's vocal is one of his most emphatic in some time. He explains: "It was one of the first things David and I did on the first week of working together. I knew instantly that it was going to be the first single. There's so much joy in it. Until the day I die, it will be one of my favourite pieces of music that I've ever written. It sounds great live. My kids love it, my friends' kids all love it and I am sure the kids will love it."
