No Windows Detail New ‘The Great Traitor’ EP

It's out on May 9th...

Edinburgh duo No Windows will release new EP ‘The Great Traitor’ in May.

The group shared their ‘Point Nemo’ EP last year, and completed a full run of UK and European headline shows, including The Great Escape’s key winter showcase First Fifty.

Recently supporting Slow Pulp, the duo are now ready to embrace fresh challenges, and share something new.

New EP ‘The Great Traitor’ is out on May 9th via Fat Possum, and it’s led by potent single ‘Return’.

A dose of 90s-leaning indie rock with some key pop overtones, the lyrics explore Verity Slangen’s experiences with autism.

“It feels quite angry,” she says of the track. “The way I sing it live, there’s a lot of emotion behind it. If I had actually written it [back then], it probably would have been a much sadder, mellower song.”

Tune in now.
