North West London's own Nines returns with emphatic new single 'Pride'.
The rap force had a stellar 2018, releasing his phenomenal studio album 'Crop Circle' to wide-ranging acclaim.
A real breakout moment, it was accompanied by a 25 minute short film – written, directed, and produced by Nines himself.
Entering the studio again earlier this year, new single 'Pride' underlines just how far Nines has come since 2012 mixtape ‘Church Road To Hollywood’.
A taut, potent return, it's a finely honed piece of UK rap, a hard-hitting single that opens fresh ground while defining Nines' achievements.
"I wrote 'Pride' in May this year” Nines explains. “When I finished it I knew it was going to be the first bit of music I'd drop since my last album. I wrote it when I was reflecting on everything I've achieved, but also whilst thinking about what's coming next, where I want to take my music and everything I have to accomplish.”
Directed by Oliver Jennings and Nines, you can check out the full video for 'Pride' below.
