Following the incredible reception for last year’s album, “100 Days And 100 Nights”, released on their own Dap Tone record label, crack soul squad Sharon Jones & The Dap Kings are preparing for a UK visit.
The Brooklyn based group are infrequent visitors to these shores, so this may be your best chance to see what is arguably the world’s premiere soul and funk outfit. Without the celestial voice of Sharon Jones, the Dap Kings have transformed themselves into one of the most in-demand group of session musicians on the planet, playing on many hit releases by Mark Ronson and Amy Winehouse.
