Full score hits wax for the first time...

Nick Cave and Warren Ellis are set to give their score for 'The Assassination of Jesse James by the Coward Robert Ford' a full vinyl pressing this Spring.

The film was released in 2007, a potent re-imagining of the mythology surrounding the titular outlaw, and his assassin.

A lengthy meditation on fame, fate, and enduring role of violence in the American way of life, it was enhanced by a stunning score.

The second collaboration for film between Nick Cave and Warren Ellis, the soundtrack has a cult following in its own right, a moving, brooding piece of fractured instrumental Americana.

Never before available on black wax, 'The Assassination of Jesse James by the Coward Robert Ford' hits vinyl on April 19th.
