New Order has announced a remaster of their 1987 album ‘Substance’ which will be released via Warner on November 10th. The new collection will be available in 2LP, 2CD, 4CD deluxe edition, 2LP coloured vinyl and two cassettes. Alongside this, they will release their 12” singles ‘True Faith’, ‘True Faith
Remix’ and ‘Blue Monday 88’.
The remaster has compiled all the band’s singles with their 12” versions and many of their B-sides. It will also contain newly recorded versions of ‘Temptation’ and ‘Confusion’.
‘Substance’ is New Order’s biggest selling album, with over one million copies sold, while the single ‘True Faith’ went platinum including a Top 5 chart placing in the States.
Following this release, New Order will be going on a European tour in late September and October.
