Paris club force Nathan Melja has shared new song ‘Stuntin Like My’.
Out now, it leads into the producer’s long-awaited debut album. Titled ‘With Dan’ – a nod to his frequent collaborator – it lands on November 17th via Parodia Records.
A prolific producer, Nathan Melja has built a singular catalogue, releasing on cult labels like Mister Saturday Night, Technicolour, Antinote, Kalahari Oyster Cult and more.
‘Stuntin Like My’ illustrates his playful grasp of club tropes, a song that darts around hidden corners while continually keeping you on your toes.
Ultra-colourful synths frame the song, with Nathan’s distinctive melodic flourishes acting as his fingerprint on the song. He says…
“I made this track in the middle of the production of the album, I didn’t really know where I wanted to go, I just let my mind dictate the flow. I think there’s always a part of me that wants to push my tracks to the maximum level of production. My dad and co-captain really likes this track a lot and says ‘it’s full of surprises’… it sure is!”
