Naomi Sharon will release her debut album ‘Obsidian’ later this year.
The much-tipped OVO Sound signee interprets R&B tropes from a fresh angle, with her beautiful voice capable of carrying emotional truth in a distinct manner.
New album ‘Obsidian’ is her first for the label, and it’s slated to land later in 2023. She comments:
“Obsidian is a protective stone that shields against negative energy. Given its sharpness, the stone is considered to pierce into darkness to reveal the truth itself. I called this album Obsidian as it’s about rebirth, confrontation and healing.”

An artist who speaks from the heart, new single ‘Definition Of Love’ showcases her ambition. A wonderful performance, the lyrics deal with some of pop culture’s oldest topics – love, infatuation, the need for connection – in a way that is startlingly fresh.
