Nadine Shah has shared the powerful video for new cut 'Out The Way'.
The songwriter battles against the rise of right wing nationalism, with her new video expressly channelling her experiences as a second generation immigrant.
Using the Salem witch trials as a metaphor for mob hatred against an 'other', Nadine takes the central role.
Appearing bruised and battered, it's a tough watch but nonetheless a vital statement in the run up to the General Election.
Nadine explains: "The video is a response to this current global rise in nationalism, this awful rhetoric of 'us and them'. I wanted the image to shock the viewer to highlight the brutality we are seeing happen. This is why we use the Salem witch trials as a reference in the video, to me that's how it feels but with certain pockets of faiths being targeted."
