Nada Surf have pieced together a compilation of covers based on their 'Let's Go' album.
The record was initially released 15 years ago, and has become a favourite with fans.
To celebrate the anniversary Nada Surf reached out to a few friends, asking if they'd like to re-work material from the album for a new charity project.
'Standing At The Gates: The Songs Of Nada Surf's Let Go' is the result, and it features new recordings from Aimee Mann, Ed Harcourt, Rogue Wave, Manchester Orchestra, Charly Bliss and more.
All proceeds go to charity, with the February 2nd release set to be followed by a handful of UK shows. Matthew Caws explains:
“I'm totally knocked out by the new versions of these songs, by so many of my favorite artists. I never would have suggested making this album, but I'm sure glad it happened!”
