Fresh from love affairs with both Elizabeth and the girl from two doors down, Mystery Jets are set to warm up for their appearances at Reading and Leeds with a gig at the Barfly, London on August 19th.
Eel Pie Island’s finest band of pop minstrels, Mystery Jets jettisoned their prog influences (and their dad) to record the pop wonder that is “21”. Having already spawned the Top 40 monster hit “Two Doors Down”, the band are gearing up to release their new track “Half In Love With Elizabeth” on August 25th.
The band are gearing up for slots at the Reading and Leeds festivals, but are set to play a very intimate show at the Camden Barfly venue in London. Apparently a secret show, it won’t be so secretive now we’ve gone and told the world about it – oh well!
Mystery Jets will play the Camden Barfly on Thursday, August 21st.
