Mystery Jets singer Blaine Harrison has given fans an update on his health.
The band were slated to release new album 'A Billion Heartbeats' but postponed this, with Blaine Harrison taken into hospital.
The singer has long-term health issues, and a recurrence of these prompted an extended spell of treatment.
Undergoing some successful surgery, Blaine Harrison has now penned a note to fans.
He wrote: "I'm delighted to say that after two rounds of surgery and a week's stay under the watchful eyes of the incredible nurses of the St Mary Abbott's Ward at Chelsea and Westminster hospital, I am now happily home and healing up."
Blaine thanked those working in the NHS, adding:
"My road to resumption will almost entirely consist of hanging out in my pyjamas on the couch for the next few months, but to make the most of that time we are going to be exploring the themes of the album in other ways, details of which we are hyped to share with you soon."
