Mura Masa has shared new collaborations with Damon Albarn and Christine & The Queens.
The Channel Islander is set to release his debut album on July 14th, before embarking on a world tour.
Ahead of this, Mura Masa has shared new cut 'Blu', a soulful slice of pop-heavy electronica that features Damon Albarn.
“'Demon Days' was the first album I ever bought,” says Mura Masa, “and became a huge inspiration when making my own record in terms of showing that you don’t have to write shiny pop music to make something important.” ‘
As if that wasn't enough, the songwriter has also shared new cut 'Second 2 None', which twists together elements of jungle and grime with downcast Euro-pop from Christine & The Queens.
And finally, Mura Masa has confirmed details of a Peckham pop-up residency. Taking place across the weekend of his album release, Mura Masa will host events at the Copeland Gallery featuring intimate live and DJ sets, special edition album merch, and limited edition designer clothing.
