Mogwai Aftershow Problems

Massive Queues Reported

Epic Scottish post rockers Mogwai played a stunning set at the Hammersmith Odeon in London, but then suffered a number of problems at their aftershow party.

The gig was held in the Hammersmith Odeon on October 24th. The final date on their UK tour, the band were on ferocious form – despite drummer Martin Bulloch’s problems with his pacemaker.

Mogwai have a notorious dislike of encores, and the London crowd were stunned when the group returned for savage versions of early anthems ‘Helicon 1’ and ‘2 Rights Make One Wrong’.

The band hosted an aftershow party at London venue the Arches – no relation to its Glaswegian namesake. Despite months of planning, huge queues developed with many fans complaining about the wait.
