Mk.gee Shares New Single ‘Lonely Fight’

The fan favourite cut gets an official release.

Breakout artist Mk.gee has shared a new standalone single, ‘Lonely Fight’.

The New Jersey native road tested ‘Lonely Fight’ on the North American leg of his tour this Spring, and the spectral number has since become a fan favourite moment. The sparse, dimly-lit torch song foregrounds Mk.gee’s interiority, a searching prayer realised through muted psychedelic soul.

Mk.gee released his debut album ‘Two Star & The Dream Police‘ in February, which re-introduced the world to his immersive guitar work and hazy portraits of elusive love. Since then his popularity has soared.

Mk.gee will embark on a world tour this Autumn in support of his debut; kicking off in September, Mk.gee and bandmates, Andrew Aged and Zach Sekoff, will perform at bigger venues in more cities across North America, Europe and Australia. Mk.gee will hit up London’s Electric Brixton for three consecutive nights in October. All dates are sold out.
