Miles Kane is set to return with his new EP ‘First Of My Kind’ – due for release on April 21st.
Turning solo, Miles Kane released ‘Colour Of The Trap’ last year. Widely acclaimed, the Scouse songbird’s mixture of ragged indie, 60s psych and more won a cult following.
Touring across the country, Miles Kane seemed to push his way into the mainstream through sheer force of will. Hitting the studio recently, the Liverpool artist has completed work on a new follow up EP.
Opening cut ‘First Of My Kind’ was co-produced with Skream, while other tracks include a cover of the Tom Jones classic ‘Looking Out My Window’.
Containing the brand new song ‘Night Runner’, the EP ends with a jaunty, acoustic version of ‘Colour Of The Trap’. Available on vinyl as part of Record Store Day (April 21st doncha know) the EP gains a digital release on April 22nd.
