Michael Jackson Round Up

Body moved, Tito Jackson speaks

The body of the late singer Michael Jackson has been moved from its tomb after fans found its the location.

Michael Jackson’s death seems only to have catapulted the singer to even greater levels of fame. Acres of column inches have been devoted to the star, who arguably hadn’t released a record of particular worth in 20 years.

Yet still his fans mourned his passing. Michael Jackson was due to begin an enormous residency in the O2 Arena before he died, with fans congregating in the stadium on July 13th for an impromptu memorial.

The singer was due to be buried at his former home of Neverland but the Jackson family couldn’t get permission for this in time. Television camera followed the hearse after it left his memorial service on July 7th, although location of the coffin was eventually revealed to be resting at a tomb owned by Motown founder Berry Gordy.

Once this information leaked the Jackson family quickly moved the coffin to a secret location.

In related news, Michael Jackson’s personal physician has been subpoenaed to hand over information relating to the singer’s death. There has been widespread speculation over the role of the doctor in Jackson’s drug addiction and his subsequent demise.

Dr Arnold Klein has agreed to hand over information to the country coroner’s office after official requested records relating to the Jackson case, reports Associated Press.

Elsewhere, Michael Jackson’s brother Tito has claimed that the singer’s family were forced to break into Neverland in order to speak to the icon.

Referring to the singer’s rumoured drug problem, Tito Jackson told the Daily Mirror: “We had to act. It was me, my sisters Janet, Rebbie, and La Toya and my brothers, Jackie and Randy.”

“We bust right into the house and he was surprised to see us to say the least. We went into one of his private rooms and had a discussion with him. Some of us were crying.”

Tito also discussed his brother’s use of plastic surgery. “He was trying to make himself attractive to himself. We all look at ourselves different. Everyone has a personal preference.
He was forever trying to improve his looks. In a way it was sad.”
