The Metros have been named as the main support for The Streets new UK tour which begins in Glasgow this week.
The Metros have come a long way since the release of their debut single ‘Education Pt.2’ last year. The Peckham rascals have played tons of shows, perfecting an almost insanely energetic live show.
Debut album ‘More Money, Less Grief’ was the latest slice of indie cake from the 1965 Records hit factory, an assured piece of songwriting that belied their years.
The Streets have just released their Top Ten album ‘Everything Is Borrowed’ and as ever their live shows will be raucous affairs.
The Metros will join The Streets for the following dates:
