Melin Melyn have shared new song ‘The Pigeon & The Golden Egg’.
The band’s remarkable live shows are already the stuff of legend, and their eagerly awaited debut album ‘Mill On The Hill’ is set to be released on March 7th.
The Welsh band have just shared something new, another preview of the incoming LP. It’s a doozy, too – ‘The Pigeon & The Golden Egg’ taps into that breezy early 70s psych-pop sound, a wave of West Coast daydreaming that recalls some of those prime Elton John moments.
Of course, there’s also a subversive, left-field aspect – perpetually in evolution, ‘The Pigeon & The Golden Egg’ picks you up in one place, and then deposits you somewhere else entirely.
