Sunderland punk-funkers Maximo Park are set for a busy summer after confirming three massive shows in Ireland, including a headline festival appearance.
The group have had a successful 2008 with sophomore album “Our Earthly Pleasures” already surpassing the sales of debut LP “A Certain Trigger”. The group are a spectacular live act, captured for posterity on the “Found On Film” DVD.
Signed to Warp Records, Maximo Park have continually straddled the line between critical and commercial success, becoming one of the most popular indie acts in the UK.
