London superclub matter is set to celebrate its first birthday with a spectacular weekend of events.
One of the most lavish clubs on the planet, matter is a new project in the O2 Arena. Using the very best in technology matter has one of the finest soundsystems around, capable of producing bowel shaking volume without losing clarity.
In just one year matter has established itself as a force to be reckoned with in clubland. Via a series of huge events the club has brought together some of the finest DJ talents in the world, showcasing new and emerging talent in the process.
The club is set to celebrate its first birthday with a weekend long orgy of ground breaking dance music. On September 18th matter will host a special XFM party broadcast live on the radio station.
Manchester group The Whip will play live, while Australian drum ‘n’ bass nutjobs Pendulum are set to drop by for a DJ set.
Spread across two rooms matter has assembled some stunning DJ talent. Electro-house merchant Herve is bound to rock the house, with Zombie Nation and Eddy Temple Morris also due to perform.
The next day matter will recover to host a techno special as Carl Cox returns to London for a very special set. Joining the three deck wizard in the superclub will be Josh Wink, Paul Woolford and more.
In the second room Manchester legend Greg Wilson is set to play out some seismic electro-funk, while Riotous Rock and Tom Middleton will also be keeping the crowds happy.
With a host of special appearances planned to see out the year, matter shows no signs of slowing down.
