Master Peace displays another side to his art with this neat acoustic take on 'Eyes On You'.
The London iconoclast is known for his raw live shows, having previously demolished the odd Clash Live event or two.
New EP 'Love Bites' takes his songwriting a step further, displaying fresh depth and incredible nuance alongside his raucous immediacy.
“This EP is all about tapping into those teenage years, definitely, and all those bands that I loved!” he says. “It’s a very playful vibe and I guess these tracks are rooted in indie as I wanted people to feel that euphoric feeling you get when you’re a teenager.”
“Listening to 'Love Bites' should makes you feel those butterflies in your stomach like when you’re in that honeymoon period. It’s a record about falling in love and that warm fuzzy daze everybody is in between the ages of 17 to 20.”
EP highlight 'Eyes On You' is a dive into the personal, and in this new clip Master Peace flips it into an acoustic setting. Retaining the essential power of his art while also displaying a hitherto unseen fragility, it's a potent display from the songwriter.
