Masayoshi Fujita Announces New Album ‘Migratory’

It's out on September 6th...

Japanese musician Masayoshi Fujita will release new album ‘Migratory’ on September 6th.

The composer is renowned for the subtlety of his expression, and his striking ability to evade descriptors. Continually in flux, the path from 2012 album ‘Stories’ to 2021’s ‘Bird Ambience’ takes Masayoshi Fujita in a multitude of directions.

A vibraphonist and marimba player, Masayoshi Fujita aligns with revered modern classical stable Erased Tapes for new album ‘Migratory’.

Out on September 6th, guests on the 11-track album include Moor Mother and Hatis Noit, and the first sample is now online.

‘Tower Of Cloud’ has an Impressionistic feel, with Masayoshi Fujita treating his instruments in different effects. Endlessly beautiful, the slow-motion sound painting continually engages and surprises, resulting in some highly curious emotions.
