Marie Dahlstrom has shared new album ‘A Good Life’ in full.
The new album is being released exactly three years to the day since her debut album ‘Like Sand’ emerged in 2020. She’s moved into a fresh sphere, though – a resolute individual, Marie Dahlstrom releases the album on her own JFH Records imprint.
Lacing together left-field electronics, neo-soul, and fragments of R&B, new album ‘A Good Life’ is her broadest, and most evocative work yet. A song cycle that finds Marie building ever-outwards, she’s joined by some of her closest musical allies.
Conor Albert and her partner Dan Diggas – whose credits include Mahalia and Central Cee – join on production, while studio guests include Jay Prince, Kofi Stone, Cory McKenzie Tribbett and Delleile Ankrah.
