Madness Unveil New Album

First Original Material In 10 Years

The original nutty boys themselves Madness are set to return with their first original studio album in 10 years, entitled “The Liberty Of Norton Folgate”.

The group, who spent an astonishing 214 weeks on the singles chart in the 80s height, have been studio bound creating the world’s first skinhead opera. The album is a concept album based around growing up in late 60s / early 70s London, and sees the band revisiting their roots as ska loving lads about town.

Madness have previously toyed with the concept album on their 1982 album “The Rise And Fall” – regarded by many as the group’s high point.

“The Liberty Of Norton Folgate” has yet to be given an official release date, but Madness will preview tracks in two very special gigs, details below:

June 24th – London, Hackney Empire
June 25th – London, Hackney Empire
