Los Campesinos! Return With New Album ‘No Blues’

Listen to a preview now...

Los Campesinos! have confirmed plans to release new album 'No Blues' later this year.

So often predisposed to dwell on the workings of the heart, Los Campesinos! returned in 2011 with a truly lovestruck record. 'Hello Sadness' was an explicit account of the motions and emotions of heartbreak, and came backed with some of their most confident arrangements yet.

Since then, the band have hit the road. Re-jigging their membership somewhat, Los Campesinos! went back into the studio earlier this year with longtime collaborator John Goodmanson.

'No Blues' finds Los Campesinos! moving beyond heartbreak, in the process enjoying life again. Gareth introduces the record by saying: "No Blues is the maniacal laughter to follow Hello Sadness. It's knuckles up and ready to scrap. Death, Sex, Football, Friendship as ever. Bloodied, but grinning through broken teeth".

Preview cut 'What Death Leaves Behind' is online now – stream it below.

Los Campesinos! are set to release 'No Blues' in October. Tracklisting:
