Katie Crutchfield will release new album 'Out In The Storm' on July 14th, her second full length on Merge Records.
The record deals with accepting imperfections, and it's an empowering statement from a continually fascinating artist.
New cut 'Never Been Wrong' opens the album, and it's a pointed, pummelling return laced with barbed wire guitars and Crutchfield's emphatic vocal.
She sings: “You walk around like / It’s your god-given right / You love being right / You’ve never been wrong…”
