Tor Miller has shared his beautiful new track 'Baby Blue'.
The New York based talent impressed with last year's 'Headlights' EP, displaying a real sense of ambition on his songwriting.
A born storyteller, Tor Miller's new track 'Baby Blue' is a beautifully etched tale of a young girl going astray in the big city.
Redolent of early Elton John or even Lou Reed's Factory tales, it's one of the most assured pieces that Tor Miller has yet placed his name against.
Tor Miller explains: "A few years ago, I was seeing a girl who had came from quite a sheltered background. She moved to New York to become an actress, which she has since become, but she had to make some really important decisions in her life that she’d never had to consider before. I was caught up watching this kind of existential crisis where she felt completely lost, but also trying to find what she really wanted from life."
"I wanted to help her, but ultimately it wasn’t really my place to."
