Skinny Pelembe has signalled his signing to Brownswood with new song 'I'll Be On Your Mind'.
Born in South African but brought up in Doncaster, Skinny Pelembe's sound absorbs an incredible array of influences.
Tastefully down-tempo production with an abstract sense of soul, the talented newcomer has been working with the Bubblers programme for some time.
Signing to Brownswood, Skinny Pelembe will release a full EP later this year, lead out by 'I'll Be On Your Mind'.
A song seemingly six years in the making, it's dream-like feel interprets a mosaic of sounds which range from Dennis Bovell productions through to Slowdive.
