Almost 12 months ago, Clash watched Rhodes take his first tentative steps into the live environment.
Fast forward by a year and Rhodes has blossomed. Supporting the likes of Sam Smith, London Grammar and more, the songwriter seems to grow in stature with each passing show.
New EP 'Home' drops on October 19th, with sample cut 'Breathe' being placed online. It's delicately etched, with Rhodes clearly opting for the less-is-more school of arrangement.
The fragmented verse makes way for a unified chorus, though, with Rhodes impacting a real sense of discipline, or purpose into 'Breathe'.
Check it out now.
