'The Right Stuff' gets re-worked...
Noel Gallagher

Noel Gallagher is set to play it cool this summer, appearing at a select batch of festivals.

Due to headline Latitude, the songwriter has decided to trail his set with a new remix. Limited to just 500 copies, the physical pressing features Massive Attack producer 3D getting to grips with 'The Right Stuff'.

Noel Gallagher: "I remember being at The Brits in '95 and D offering to do a Massive Attack re-mix of "Cast No Shadow". The idea was never followed through and it's something I've regretted ever since. It's nice to finally scratch the itch somewhat."

Opening amid a murky, languid soundscape, the track is then torn apart by a drum crack before beginning to resemble some of Massive Attack's more rock-centric output.

3D explains: "It was a good opportunity to take a great song, slow it right down, remove the guitars and then scratch the clarinet backwards." Check it out now.
