She was planning this all along.
Lykke Li's new album 'I Never Learn' is the final part of a trilogy, the culmination of many year's work. Recorded in Los Angeles, the singer let the surroundings seep into her music.
"Every song on the album is a power ballad" she said recently. "Like one of those old radio stations. This is a slow dance; a slow burner."
Due for release on May 5th, Lykke Li is continuing to drop a number of previews. New cut 'Gunshot' arrived online a few moments ago, it's a blistering, quite intense piece of songwriting.
