Nottingham (but now Manc-based) producer Matt Cutler is a generous chap. As well as engineering forward-thinking beats, the neo-rave artist has made his latest offering, ‘AM Portal’ available for free over on his Soundcloud.
A six-minuter of twinkling synth touches, underscored by clattering beats and weirdo, warped noises, the cut has an otherworldly, cosmic flavour. Having recently offered up new track ‘Ghost Channel’, along with last year’s ‘Galaxy Garden’ full-length, he’s proving to be pretty prolific.
Speaking to fans on Facebook last night, Lone said: "While i work towards a follow up to the last record, i thought it might be nice to give something away…."
