Sometimes people get stuck in jobs they don't want to do.
Just a kid from the Dark Peak – an ominous sounding area of the Peak District – Krrum took up work as a butcher. When not preparing meat, however, the aspiring producer was fascinated by music.
Avant pop with an R&B twist, the distorted sense of electronics was matched to a real melodic flair. A handful of tracks have appeared online, with London-based tastemakers swooping to snap up the rising producer.
New cut 'Evil Twin' is online now, and it displays a deliciously dark side to Krrum's persona.
Krrum's debut EP will be released in March.
