Few albums have divided fans in 2015 as much as the debut LP from Jamie xx.

For our part, Clash was transfixed: reviewer Gareth James labelled 'In Colour' a "glorious, technicolour triumph" in a lengthy 9/10 discussion of the record's merits.

However not everyone succumbed to its charms. A new remix from John Talabot, though, seems to have rather more universal appeal, with the house don taking 'Loud Places' for a lengthy wander around some expansive realms.

It's a stunning remix, pushing and pulling out each element to create something packed with startling colour.
