West London's Hope Tala is constantly moving.
An artist who is always eager to embrace the next challenge, dust had scarcely settled on debut EP 'Lovestained' before she began making future plans.
Her second EP is incoming, with the songwriting fusing with shifts in her life to deal with matters of empowerment and assertion.
New single 'D.T.M.' is online now, a gorgeous, breathy piece of R&B that fuses classic elements - think Brandy, Destiny's Child - with something future-facing.
She comments: “The person who initiates ending a relationship often gets accused of not feeling anything - of being insensitive and heartless - and I wrote this song from the point of view of that person asserting their own sorrow and sensitivity about a relationship ending.”
